Do you charge sales tax?
WCS charges and remits state and local sales tax to Vermont for those customers whose product is being shipped to a Vermont address or picked up at WCS’ location in Bradford, Vermont. WCS does not charge sales tax for other States.
How about Canadian Customers? Do you charge GST/HST/PST?
WCS is considered by Canada “a non-resident importer” and is therefore required to charge the appropriate GST/PST/HST where appropriate.
Where do you ship?
WCS ships worldwide, but in some cases the products we represent are offered by local distributors. Working with them may save you shipping, duties/tariffs/taxes. In those cases, we’ll be happy to share that information with you and make the connection. Please keep in mind that shipments outside of the USA may be subject to customs fees, duties, tariffs, value added tax (VAT), and alike. There are countries that WCS may not ship to by law and are determined by the US Government.
Do I Have To Pay Customs, Duties or Tariffs?
Shipments outside the U.S. may be subject to tariffs, duties, value added tax (VAT), etc. WCS makes every effort to disclose those charges ahead of time, but in certain cases, local fees and taxes may be accessed at the time of delivery. Regardless,

  • The shipping company (FedEx) will charge Customs fees
  • Contact your local Customs office for more information

Credit cards from outside the U.S. may require additional verification.

Where's our stuff?
WCS makes every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours. You will be notified when you place your order if there are any back ordered items. WCS does not make substitutions for back ordered items. We ship all orders via FedEx Ground service unless otherwise requested. A physical address is required for all shipments. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid as part of the total order prior to shipment. Customers shipping to destinations outside the US are responsible for all import duty and taxes.
How do I make a return?
Clean, unused merchandise will be accepted for exchange or refund if returned within 15 days of the date of receipt. Please call to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning merchandise for any reason. All returns must be shipped prepaid (we suggest insurance as well) to the following address: World Cup Supply, Inc., 226 Industrial Drive, Bradford, VT 05033. Returns shipped without an RMA number will be charged a $75 restocking fee. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the package and include a copy of the original invoice along with any special instructions inside the package.
