Returns

Clean, unused merchandise will be accepted for exchange or refund if returned within 15 days of the date of receipt. Please call to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning merchandise for any reason.

All returns must be shipped prepaid (we suggest insurance as well) to the following address:

Returns shipped without an RMA number will be charged a $75 restocking fee.

Please write the RMA number on the outside of the package and include a copy of the original invoice along with any special instructions inside the package.
